Product description：

Rolled hard coil can be used as raw material in hot dip galvanizing plant, because hot dip galvanizing units are equipped with annealing lines. The roll weight is generally 6~13.5 tons, and the inner diameter of the steel coil is 610mm.

Generally, the cold continuous rolling plate and coil should be deannealed by continuous annealing (CAPL unit) or cover furnace to eliminate the cold hardening and rolling stress, and achieve the mechanical properties specified in the standard. The surface quality, appearance and dimensional accuracy of cold-rolled steel plate are superior to those of hot-rolled plate.

Features of cold-rolled steel plate:

1, cold rolled steel plate thickness more accurate, smooth surface, beautiful, but also has superior mechanical properties, especially machining performance.

2. The maximum thickness of cold-rolled steel plate is less than 0.1-- 8.0mm, such as the thickness of cold-rolled steel plate in most factories is less than 4.5mm;The minimum thickness and width are determined according to the equipment capacity and market demand of each plant.

3, cold rolled steel mill power, low rolling efficiency, and the rolling process in order to eliminate the work hardening have to carry out intermediate annealing, so the cost is higher, but cold rolled steel surface bright, good quality, can be used to process finished products, cold rolled steel is widely used.
